Passer’Elles program launch: Mozaïk RH

11/3/2011 - Social Entrepreneurship

The Edmond de Rothschild Foundations are providing support to Mozaïk RH, notably by facilitating new partnerships. In 2009, Estelle Barthélémy, co-founder of the HR non-profit, completed an Ariane de Rothschild Fellowship in social entrepreneurship. On October 18, 2011, the Edmond de Rothschild Group confirmed its commitment to hands-on sponsorship by joining forces with Mozaïk RH to launch a program with a strong social impact.

Young people, women and people from diverse backgrounds face particular challenges in finding employment. Social enterprises such as Mozaïk RH develop effective and innovative programs and offer practical solutions.

Passer’Elles helps young women graduates from underprivileged neighborhoods overcome stereotyping and self-censorship to gain a foothold in the job market and achieve their professional goals.

Edmond de Rothschild Group employees selected for the program will act as coaches for these tremendously qualified young women who need encouragement and positive professional feedback as well as networking, job interview training and business skills. Given the Edmond de Rothschild Group’s commitment to diversity-oriented sustainable development, Passer’Elles is an ideal partner!

The program aims to bring down barriers in a context where cultivating new perspectives in the Rothschild Group is as important as encouraging program participants to rise above the social walls that keep out opportunity. Passer’Elles is mutually enriching: the young women receive qualified support, while bank employees promote their versatility and, together with the candidates, discover new ways of investing in projects for the future.
